By booking an appointment with Jazz Up Your Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings
Appointments can be made online through Timely, by phone or by direct contact.
A deposit may be required for selected services, including colour corrections, Sunday appointments, special occasion styling and other extended services.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of any deposit paid or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Pricing
Prices listed on the website are a guide only and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition and the time required to complete the service.
Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are:
Valid for services at Jazz Up Your Hair
Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated
Treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
Children
Children are welcome; however, they remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
Results and Suitability
Hair results may vary depending on your hair’s condition, history and aftercare. We will always provide professional recommendations based on what is suitable for your hair.
Changes to Services
Jazz Up Your Hair reserves the right to refuse or modify a service if it is not suitable for the condition of the hair or cannot be achieved safely.
